Cavelossim: Children aged 6 to 11 were in for a delightful Sunday as they stepped into a world of Lights. Laughter. Imagination, a lively theatre-based workshop led by experiential facilitator Mini Ribeiro. Known for her work as a journalist, food critic, and communications specialist, Mini brought her love for theatre and her experience into a space where young minds could truly come alive.
Thoughtfully curated, the session invited children to dive into storytelling, movement, and act, giving each of them the freedom to express, explore, and perform. Through a series of engaging theatre games and creative exercises, the kids learned to think on their feet, build confidence, and transform simple ideas into vibrant characters and stories.
The room buzzed with energy as imagination took centre stage, all within a warm and encouraging environment that made every child feel seen and heard. The workshop culminated in a charming performance for parents and guests, set to the much-loved Disney classic A Whole New World from Aladdin, a fitting finale that captured the spirit of the day.
And as all good things should, it ended on a delicious note, with the children celebrating their newfound stage confidence over a scrumptious brunch at Upper Deck, Radisson Blu Resort Goa, Cavelossim.
